software comes in a sealed retail box.
Postage
& Handling Time Frame
All orders are despatched using Australia Post
parcel post within 5 business days of confirmed receipt of your payment.
However, occasional delays may occur, and if this
is applicable, customers will be notified via the messaging system.
An email will be sent to your registered email
address or in reply to your Paypal payment, advising the exact date of despatch
of your order.

Systems Compatibility
If any operating system, including Windows 7 or any
MAC
OS operating system is not specifically
advised in the system requirements, I cannot be sure about compatibility of
this software with that operating system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that
their computer meets all system requirements for software purchased. No returns will be accepted for software that
is not compatible with your computer system.
Payment Options
All payments must be received within 7 days of your final purchase date or a non-payment dispute will be raised.
Payments are preferred via bank deposit or internet
transfer, and cheque or money order.
VISA and Mastercard payments are also accepted –

Combined
Postage & Handling Charges
Software – highest individual postage &
handling cost plus $2.00 per additional item.
Combined postage & handling costs for larger
items are dependent on your location and the weight of your parcel. A combined invoice will be sent to you on
request, once you have completed your purchases. These charges will not exceed $3.00 per
additional item in most cases.
Registered
Post For Australian Customers
Registered post is mandatory for all parcels that
exceed $30.00 in value. As Australia
Post are no longer issuing compensation for lost parcels sent via ordinary
mail, a decision has been made to lower the minimum value for parcels being
sent using registered post. Please
ensure that the applicable registered post fee is added to your payment if this
applies.
Registered post is optional for items & parcels
under $30.00 in value - please ensure that you add the applicable fee to your
payment if you wish to take up this option.
Insurance
For International Customers
International postal insurance is mandatory for all
parcels exceeding $30.00 AUD
in value and includes insurance up to a value of $100.00 AUD.
Please ensure that the $12.00 insurance fee is added to your payment if
this applies to you.
