I ship everything with 100% care. Everything is cleaned to look and work perfectly. The disk cases are either new or in excellent condition. In addition,I ship games in bubble wrapped envelopes or boxes and use additional bubble wrap to protect double disk games and boxed games. Let me know if you want special protection (box, etc...)
