Shipping:

We always ship your item on the next or same business day after your payment has been cleared. We ship products using USPS, or FedEx Ground (depending on the weight and the value of an item).

USPS do local pick up for us and they send packages directly to the general mail facility without scanning at local post office (because of large quantity). The tracking information will be available in a couple of days after actual shipping.

Estimated delivery is up to 9 business days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

We are closed on the Weekends. We do not make shipping outside the United States.

Returns and Refunds:
