Most items are available for international shipping. All international shipments require insurance, which is already included in the price stated. First Class Mail Parcels have an estimated delivery time of 1 month up to three years by the USPS depending on the country destination. First Class Mail Parcels do not have any tracking information. Upgrading to Priority Mail is strongly encouraged for any countries other than Austrailia, Canada, and the UK. Insurance claims for lost parcels with First Class Mail shipments will not be handled for up to 3 years for other countries.
Flat Rate Priority Envelopes do not include tracking information. Priority Mail Parcel Services do include tracking information. Both are fully insured, and claims may be made after the estimated delivery timeframe below has elapsed. Express Mail Flat Rate Envelopes do include tracking information.
Any shipment valued at over $250 (including shipping) is required by PayPal's terms of service to have a signature confirmation upon delivery. A signature confirmation is not available via USPS. UPS and FedEx offer signature confirmation services, but the cost of such shipping services is very high. Please consider these costs before making your purchase.

All items are returnable for any reason unless otherwise stated. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be received back within 45 days of the end of the transaction.
Holiday Return Policy:
Betweeen November 1 and November 22, refunds must be approved and the transaction must be cancelled within 45 days per 's policy. Refunds will not be given until the item has been returned, but the transaction must be cancelled within 45 days of the close of the transaction per 's policy. The item must be returned within 60 days of the date of the PayPal payment per PayPal's policies.
Between November 22 and December 6, buyer will have until January 6 to request a refund. The refund must be requested by January 6 and the transaction must be cancelled within 45 days of the close of the listing per 's policies. Your return must be received by January 20.
After December 6, the 30-day policy will go back into effect. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date of delivery and must be received back within 45 days of the date of the transaction.
