All items have been tested prior to shipping. However, occasionally an item may arrive and not work properly. We strive for 100% satisfaction. In the event you receive a non-working item, we will gladly exchange it for the same title. Should another copy not be in stock, we will gladly apply that amount towards another in stock title.
