This is NOT the game. It is the official SOUNDTRACK that was made available with the Pre-Order item for the game. This SOUNDTRACK will ship in a white sleeve and not a jewel case orDVD case and therefore, must be classified as used even though it is NEW and never used. This item will ship by First Class Mail to all destinations and the shipping insurance is already included in with the shipping & handling.
