Item Description and Additional Information
This is a generic warning/description on all Xbox 360 connectors, some are easier to remove than others: Requires soldering to install. Since tin solder is used in the Xbox 360, and these connectors have a metal body that acts as a heatsink, they are very difficult to remove. If you are not experienced with soldering, do not have a high-end soldering iron, and do not have a hot-air station, these will be nearly impossible to remove without damaging the motherboard. For that reason, it is highly recommended that you remove the damaged connector before you even think about purchasing the replacement.

Returns

After the item is returned, inspected, and verified, the buyer can then choose either a replacement or a refund. Buyer must return item at own cost. MAKE SURE TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER! We are not responsible for items that never made it back! Seller will pay to ship any replacement items.
Warranty Information
To see if your item qualifies for any warranty beyond the guarantee to arrive in the condition described, check above in the "Description" section under the "Warranty" heading. There, you will find the duration of the warranty, if available. The warranty begins AS SOON AS THE ITEM IS DELIVERED, NOT WHEN IT IS OPENED! If you are purchasing your item for a later date, such as a birthday present, please open it when it arrives and verify that it works. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse. Misuse includes mishandling (dropping or smashing the item), water damage, or tampering with the item. Breaking a warranty seal, or any other attempt to open/modify an item will void the warranty.
If an eligible warrantied item stops functioning correctly, the item will first need to be returned to the seller. Seller must be notified of a return during the warranty period, and the item must be postmarked for return no later than 3 business days after the warranty period expires. After the item is returned, inspected, and verified, it will be repaired, replaced, or money refunded. The seller will pick which of the options is most appropriate.
