- Jewel cases are replaced if broken or worn except where case has an original promo sticker
- Mychoonz uses recycled or reused packaging where possible
- Items are posted the next business day once payment is received
- Postage cost includes postage and packing
- Postage discounts are available for multiple CD purchases - add $2 for each additional purchase

- Mychoonz is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit
