Please take notice of the disk format from the title of the listing.

HD DVD:- These are region-free high-definition discs that will only play in an HD DVD player. They will not play in a standard-definition DVD player, Blu-ray player, or PS3.

Blu-Ray:- These are high-definition discs that are only compatible with Blu-ray players. They will not play on a standard DVD player.

Q: Can I combine items to save on shipping?
A:If multiple items are ordered at the same time they may be shipped in one package at our discretion.

Q. What does Region 1 mean?
A: Region 1 means that the disc is formatted to play on DVD, and Blu-Ray players manufactured in the United States and Canada. Region 1 discs will not work on players formatted for any other region. All of the items we sell are Region 1.

A: All of our DVDs are new and factory sealed.

Q. Do you ship International?
Answer: Yes, we do ship to international destinations.

$2.90 for first item + $2.90 each additional item. 2-7 business days via Canada Post.
No duty fees and border delays for Canadian orders since we shipped them direct from our Canadian warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL:
$2.95 for first item ($2.95 each additional) - 7-21 business days via Canada Post AIRMAIL. We are not responsible for Customs charges and taxes.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure you get your order! If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Please remember shipping prices are determined by the country stated in the shipping address only. Any requests to change shipping address to another country will not be honored.

Order Modification

iNetVideo customer service can only modify, or cancel an order before it is shipped out. In order to make modifications, or cancel an order. You must contact iNetVideo customer service directly.Please Note:- Once an order is already shipped out. No further modification can be made.

Tax Policy
There will be NO tax applied to orders placed within the United States & Canada .

International Orders
Please keep in mind shipping charges do not include any brokerage, or duty fees that may be charged to you by your country. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of how much your country will charge you for import duties. iNetVideo will not be held responsible for any duty fees, and these amounts are not refundable.

Due to restrictions and shipping limitations, iNetVideo will not ship orders to the following countries :- Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Turkey and Zaire.

We also do not recommend having the order shipped to a freight forwarding service as we are unable to insure packages after they reach the shipping address provided.

Return Policy
iNetVideo will accept returns of defective merchandise, or erroneously shipped items only. We will replace the defective merchandise with the same title and format. If the same title and format is not available, iNetVideo will issue a refund back to the account used to place the order. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Refund Policy
iNetVideo will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned items. Appropriate refunds will be issued back to the same account used to pay for the original order.
