We classify items in five categories: Acceptable, Good, Very Good, Like New, and Brand New. Brand New items will be items that have never been used. Like New items are items that have very minor wear, if any. Very Good items will have normal wear and tear. Good items will be items that have been used for a long time. Acceptable items have a lot of wear. We also use stock photos from online, if it looks like a real photo please contact us to confirm, we'd be happy to send upload a picture.
Payments & Best Offer: We accept PayPal for payments. Please contact us if you need help with making payment arrangements. While we accept best offers, if the item is new to our inventory we will decline the offer. If the item is older, we may consider the offer or counter it. We also answer best offers twice a day during normal business hours, we never accept best offers but we will always counter offer if your offer is in reason. We have to collect sales tax in Ohio.

Store Hours: We are open Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays. If you contact us after store hours we'll reply next business day.
Shipping Policy: We generally ship items within one business day (Standard shipping starts at $2.99 and for / USPS Priority Mail starts at $5.99). Priority mail is much faster than standard mail and is always recommended. If the item is purchased during the weekend or a holiday, it will go through to the normal business day cycle. We do ship internationally which starts at $7.49 (Canada), elsewhere it starts at 9.49. We also ship to APO addresses (US Rates). We combine shipping for multiple items. Shipping in the USA for the second item is $1.00 for every item after the 1st. Elsewhere it starts at 3.99. We cannot ship large items internationally.
