I try to be as honest about item condition as possible. I usually always list one condition grade lower than what I grade the item at in order to exceed customer expectations. For dvd and cd media I use a professional grade CD resurfacer to assure good condition prior to shipping. For game cartridges, I clean the connectors prior to shipping. For floppy discs please note that I do not have the equipment to test these, so please notify me if you have a problem. I do my best to notate any flaws in the item description. If I encounter a problem with the item condition or its operation, I will notify you prior to shipping.Console Video Game Compatibility
Console video game compatibility varies from system to system. International buyers please read the section below "International Region Compatibility":
- Gamecube support on Wii: The Wii console supports 100% of Gamecube games. You will need to have a Gamecube controller and Gamecube memory card for saving the game. You insert the gamecube disc just like you would with any Wii disc.
- Xbox support on Xbox 360: Approximately 51% of the classic Xbox library is compatible with the
Xbox 360. Compatibility is achieved through software emulation. For the compatibility list search for "Xbox Compatibility List Wiki" on Google. To play classic Xbox games, you will need to run a software update either through Xbox Live or an update off of a CD / DVD. The Xbox 360 hard disk is required to play the games on the compatibility list. The hard disk is used not only to store the emulation software, but also to store saved games, store downloaded content, and to serve as a data cache for titles which utilize disk caching. Since games for the original Xbox were designed with the expectation that a hard drive would always be available, most titles rely heavily on the presence of one.
- PS1 and PS2 support on PS3: The 40GB, 80GB re-release, 160GB, and the slim version of the PS3 are not backwards compatible with PS2 games because all hardware chips from the former console are omitted and there is no software emulation. However, all versions of the PS3 are able to play PS1 games. Although the Guitar Hero games themselves are compatible, the connector mounted on its special controller are not, due to the PS3's lack of ports for PS2 accessories. The guitars can only be used by utilizing third party USB-to-PS2 adapters.
International Region Compatibility
- DVD's
- The DVD's I sell are Region 1 (United States, Canada, Bermuda,
U.S. territories). For international buyers, you need to have a device
capable of playing "region free".
- PC & Mac Games - Computer games generally do not have a region lock. Please read compatibility information down below.
- Video
Games - The Video games I sell are NTSC (US & Canada) Region. For
international buyers outside of US & Canada, please be aware the
item may not work unless you have a US-based console. Most regions outside of US & Canada are PAL region. I do not sell PAL games unless specifically mention in the item title. International buyers please be aware of the differences between NTSC and PAL regions before offerding.
CD Keys / Online Play / Registration
A CD Key will accompany items that require it. I do not guarantee any of my used games will work for online play / registration nor do I test if they do. Best way of guaranteeing a good usable key for online play / registration is to purchase it new. It is against policy for me to email the cd key, so please don't ask.Copy Protection
Although it is quite rare in recent games, some older games may require the manual or additional materials and may ask you a series of questions prior to loading (for example, "What is the 4th word on the 6th line of page 37?"). Due to aging, many of these materials may no longer be available. If you receive such an item contact me and I will try to provide the information necessary to starting / loading the game.Game / Software Compatibility

sell games and software ranging from Dos / Windows 3.1 all the way
through current operating systems. Due to the large range of computer
requirements and operating systems, I cannot guarantee compatibility of
any of my items with your system. Please do a google search to
research compatibility before offerding.There are a variety of
software programs out there that allow old software to run on newer
platforms. Here are a couple of them that I personally recommend:
- Dosbox:
Almost any DOS game can be run with the Dosbox software program. This
program is available for many platforms. For compatibility list go to
www.dosbox.com.
- ScummVM: This is a fantastic emulator which emulates many old adventure games. For compatibility list go to www.scummvm.org.
Windows 7 / Vista Compatibility
Microsoft maintains an excellent source of compatibility information for Windows 7 users. Most of it should also apply to Windows Vista as well. To access it, just google "Windows 7 Compatibility".Compatibility with older titles can also sometimes be achieved through Windows Compatibility Mode. A lot of information can be obtained on this topic by searching for "Windows Compatibility Mode" in Google.
Combined Shipping
I offer combined shipping on all items purchased. I try to ship all your items in one package as cheap as possible. Please have all your purchases completed within 4 days. Combined shipping does not work if you pay for items individually so please request a total before paying.Payment
Payment must be made through paypal. I do not accept any other form of payment. Payments must be made within 4 days of purchase.Shipping rates
- US Buyers: Items less than 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class. Items over 13 ounces will be shipped via Media Mail, Parcel Post, or Priority mail, whichever is most appropriate and time / cost effective.
- International buyers: Items less than 4 pounds will be shipped via International First class. Anything above 4 pounds will go out priority mail. Sometimes you may receive combined shipping purchases in more than one package.
Tracking Information
- US
Buyers: All US buyers will get a delivery confirmation tracking number that tracks shipment and proves delivery.
- International
buyers: International buyers will get a US Customs number. This number "proves shipment" but does not actually "track" the package. Usually this number will only show when it leaves my local post office. Sometimes it will track the package up to the US border. Delivery time frame can range from a two to three week period in most cases. Please be aware that in rare cases due to regular on-going customs operations, delivery can sometimes be delayed by a couple of weeks.
- Brazil Buyers: Please be aware that there are Brazilian customs procedures which may delay the delivery of your item. Do not be alarmed by a long delivery time frame, your item is not lost. I ask for your patience and understanding while awaiting the delivery for your item.
Customs Declarations (For International Buyers)
Some countries are subject to import duties, taxes, and other additional fees for international shipments. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying.Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.
