How long will it take for my skin to arrive after it ships and what are my shipping options?
USPS Super Saver Regular Mail - Usually 4-10 Business Days, depending on your location and choice of shipping method.
Our free shipping will be sent via UPS Mail Innovations with a USPS delivery confirmation number. UPS will deliver the package to your local post office and from there your regular mail carrier delivers it. Please remember USPS does not offer tracking for their regular mail or Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail - Usually within 3-5 business days. USPS does not track Priority Mail.
UPS Next Day Air Saver is also available. This shipping option does have tracking.
During the holiday season (November 25th - December 24th) delivery time increases dramatically. Please see our Delivery Deadlines at the bottom of this listing

No, once the skin is removed it will have stretched and may not be re-applied

Basic Installation Guidelines
Installing your new DecalGirl skin on any device is a breeze! Follow these simple install tips below to get the best results.
Please make sure your device is clean prior to installing your new DecalGirl Skin.
If you come across any air bubbles or wrinkles during the process, simply run your finger over them and the channeled adhesive will allow the bubbles to be pressed out.
Some Tips...
Wash your hands before starting. Natural oils in your skin can damage the adhesive backing.
Look over the skin to familiarize yourself with the pieces so you know which goes where.
Use a soft cotton or microfiber cloth and nothing more aggressive than water to clean the device.
If your device is not clean, the skin will not stay applied.
If the skin sticks to itself, a quick snap frees it. Yanking or pulling can stretch and damage it.
Don't separate the clear protective layer from the print - it's there to protect the skin and your device.

Holiday Production Time:
During the holiday season, production time will increase by several days. USPS delivery times will increase dramatically as we get closer to the holiday season. We have no control over how long it takes the post office to get your package to you after it leaves our facility. Please plan accordingly. Remember our skins are produced as they are ordered, usually within 2 business days.
Cut Off Dates for guaranteed 12-24 delivery:
Regular USPS Mail (our free shipping option) First Friday in December
Priority Mail 2nd Monday of December
UPS Next Day Air Super Saver 3 business days before December 25th
After the cut off dates listed above, packages will probably not reach you in time for December 24th delivery
Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Any unused and unaltered item purchased from our online store may be returned for a refund.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in their original condition, including all retail packaging and the original shipping envelope, if possible.
If the skin has been removed from its backing paper the item is considered used and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
We do not refund or pay for the cost of return shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a customer service representative to review and respond to your claim. We will contact you with your RMA number which must be written on the outside of the package. When the item is received and inspected, your PayPal account will be credited with the original purchase price of the skin.
