Our Policies
All games are used, not tested and
sold as is unless otherwise specified.
All sales are final, but if there
is a problem we will try and work it out with you to resolve it. CD Keys will accompany software that requires
it but not verified for any kind of online play or registration. You may request we check to see if
CD/DVD's play but we only go so far as the install screen.
Item Specifics
You will receive the exact item pictured and described in
the information listed above.
Each item will have a short description with disk condition
and important information.
The current system for Video Games does not take into
account the boxes that games sometimes come in, we do not use this system to
determine the condition of the game you are looking at, we take into account
all aspects of the game, disks, manuals box, maps, etc. and give a description,
if you would like further information please contact us on an item.
We take pictures of our items to show exactly what is
included with each game.
The dragon is not included in the sale he is our mascot.
Most questions are answered within 8 hours.
Payment
We only accept PayPal as payment. Payments must be made within
4 days of sale or a non-payment case will be automatically opened against
you. If you need more time to pay please
contact prior to the purchase to make other
arrangements. We do not accept any other
type of payment.
Shipping
Shipping rates include actual shipping
cost, delivery confirmation and packing supplies.
We only ship through USPS. We currently ship twice a week, although
during the holidays we ship more often.
We offer combined shipping on
multiple items, however sales must be made within 4 days of initial item
purchased. Please do not pay for each
item separately. Once you paid for an
item it is difficult to combine shipping.
Request a combined invoice.
We offer up to 3 shipping methods
with the cheapest set as the default shipping method.
If you would like a different
method you may change it on the payment screen.
All U.S. orders will ship with delivery confirmation and
tracking.

We will only ship internationally
if we are contacted in advance. Shipping

We ship without insurance but you
may purchase it and ask for a quote with insurance.
