Move Objects:
Press Ctrl + Shift + C then type in Move_objects on in the box that appears
See Sim Interests:
Press Ctrl + Shift + C then type in Interests in the box that appears

MOVE_OBJECTS ON press enter then select the build menu and you can take the bad people away (eccept burglers)
