This is an original Department of the Army Field Manual FM 101-31-3, “Nuclear Weapons Employment,” published in February 1963 during the height of the Cold War. This manual was produced by the U.S. Government Printing Office and was intended for military staff officer training concerning nuclear weapons planning and employment.
This example is in its original military green cloth three-ring binder and retains its tabbed section dividers, making it an impressive display and research piece for collectors of Cold War militaria.
