Rare metal replica of the Bronze Chariot of Emperor Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of a unified China who ruled from 221-210 BC.
This model is based on the real bronze chariot found in his excavated burial mound that also included the famous Terra Cotta Warriors. It depicts a four horse chariot with its charioteer under an umbrella. It's made of metal with a bronze finish and excellent sharp detail. The Chariot is mounted to a raised black wood base painted with ancient Chinese motifs. The front has a metal plaque in both Chinese and English reading "THE BRONZE CHARIOT OF EMPEROR QIN SHI HUANG'S MAUSOLEUM". The underside is covered in black felt.
This piece measures 12" long by 6" wide by 6" tall, and weighs almost 3 lbs.
