All Original 1934 Pontiac Indian Head Ring Radiator Cap Hood Ornament Ternstedt:

- All original 1934 Pontiac ’Indian Head in a Ring’ radiator cap mascot or hood ornament that fits Model 603 Eight automobiles.
- Oval base 1934 ornament is scarcer than the similar 1933 circular base ornament for two reasons:
- 1. 23% fewer Pontiac cars built in 1934 (21,249) than in 1933
- 2. Many 1934 Pontiac cars had the Indian Maiden ornament not the Indian Ring ornament making the 1934 Indian Ring even rarer than the 1933 Ring ornament
- Ornament has Ternstedt logo casting mark (as seen) & Des. Pat. 89453 - Pat Pending (concealed by radiator clip attachment).
- Overall a beautiful original ornament. Chrome is shiny & bright. A few minor imperfections and what might be a hairline crack in the metal or just in the chrome (see last 5 photos). I’m not certain. Still straight & solid. Beautiful in display!
