Light wear (SEE PICTURES) and a little darkening (may wipe off, have not tried), but overall good condition for the age. The black eyes are very shiny-possibly glass or glossy paint? The item is 7 inches tall and the base is just short of 3 inches diameter. It is marked Germany on the bottom. Pre WWII era.
