Content & Photography Highlights

• Ohio Studio Photography: Includes a fantastic group portrait with a clear studio stamp from \"Longsworth, Extra Finish, Rockford, O.\"
• Portraits: Features multiple portraits of Victorian men and women in formal period attire, showcasing fine details like lace dresses, crisp suits, and classic hairstyles.
• Children\'s Portraiture: Includes a charming full-length cabinet card portrait of a young boy standing by a studio pedestal column.
• Note: Some internal window slots remain empty, leaving room for your own collection.

Condition (Please Review Photos)This genuine antique shows a beautifully aged patina with wear consistent with its 130+ year history:

• Exterior Cover: The olive-green cloth shows overall surface wear, fading, and fraying along the edges. The orange-red velvet layer underneath is exposed beautifully along the borders and beneath the celluloid cutouts.
• Celluloid Appliqué: The front decorative script plate is wonderfully preserved and intact with light surface dust in the crevices and minimal edge wear.
• Spine & Binding: The outer cloth spine shows significant wear, flaking, and separation from the inner page block. The inner leather/paper binding is brittle, dry-rotting, and shedding minor paper flakes near the hinge (see close-up photos). The binding block is delicate and loose but remains together.
• Internal Pages: The heavy cardstock window frames are in good shape with vibrant lithographed colors. Expect normal light edge wear, minor finger-smudging, and tiny tears around the slots where photos were inserted/removed over the decades.
