A well preserved WW1 era sewn leather carrying case with top cover, sling, and brass hardware for a rifle or rifle barrel. It is in nice condition considering age with a lovely patina! Leather is still pretty supple, of good color, and still sturdy. Exterior wear from handling, scattered superficial marks/indentations, sling with fracture at loop (repairable), etc. Please see all photos for condition.
