This is a coin pusher we bought for our home arcade maybe five or six years ago, perhaps even more. We bought it new and we've used it regularly for our own amusement. It's never failed on us.
This is a great piece of equipment, and it works very well. As you can see in one of the photos, the wood behind the pusher has a little bit of damage, but you cannot see it from the front of the machine.
The "bonus hole" works as follows: A little hole collects coins from the center of the coin-field, and these coins fill a bucket. You, the operator, can pick a set weight; once the weight is met by the quarters, the whole bucket goes to the player. It's a fantastic and unique component; not many coin pushers have it.

As with other coin pushers, "the house always wins." There are two slits in the playing field where quarters drop to a bin in the bottom for the operator's profit.
The machine doesn't come with any quarters. It otherwise is sold "as is."
