One end of the original box was opened only to verify the contents, condition, and photograph the knife being offered. The opposite end of the box remains factory sealed.
This compact lockback combines a striking genuine 37-layer Damascus steel blade with richly colored brown wood handle scales, polished stainless-steel bolsters and brass-colored pins.
Böker’s period catalog specifically described this Damascus series as using 37 layers of genuine Damascus steel rather than a decorative etched Damascus pattern—an important distinction for collectors.
