Overall very good condition. The bottom of the box shows some damage from the factory seal being lifted, but the box still closes normally and the flaw is only visible when the bottom flap is pulled down. Disc has light surface scratches but was tested and reads without issues. Manual and inserts are clean with minimal wear.
A strong collector copy of one of the most desirable Civilization releases.
