Beautiful and highly detailed Danbury Mint collectible celebrating the city of Chicago. The Spirit of Chicago features an impressive three-dimensional skyline and miniature cityscape filled with recognizable Chicago landmarks, sports venues, lakefront attractions, boats, buildings, and other intricate details.
Look closely and you’ll find wonderful Chicago touches throughout the piece, including references to the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, and Chicago Bears, along with the city’s famous skyline and waterfront.
The sculpture sits on an attractive wood-finish display base and makes a fantastic display piece for a Chicago enthusiast, sports fan, or Danbury Mint collector.
Condition:
Pre-owned and in very nice overall display condition. The cityscape and its many delicate architectural details display beautifully. There are some cosmetic scratches/marks on the underside of the wooden base from previous display or storage. These are underneath the piece and are not visible when displayed. Please see the underside photo for the condition and Danbury Mint identification.
