The disc has scratches that do not affect gameplay. It's been tested and is in working order. In addition to being read by a computer, the disc contains audio tracks that can be played in a CD player.

Please note this game was originally meant for 386/486 machines running DOS. To play on a modern PC, you will need to use DOSBox or virtualize a DOS machine.
I had luck running DOSBox set to 6,000 to 12,000 cycles. However, I ran into a problem where music would constantly restart after a couple seconds, the only fix I found for this was installing a version 1.10 patch (retail/CD version not jewel case) found on the internet. Installing that patch allowed music to work properly.
Running DOS in VirtualBox, I was able to play the game, but music would not work at all.
