Dino Park Tycoon (3DO, 1994) - Boxed, Rare, Holy Grail MECC:

Includes the outer long box, jewel case, case insert/manual, registration card, and the game disc. Slight tearing on the bottom flap, some wear around the corners and the back of the box. The inside flap does not have a crease in the middle! Truly a miracle. Disc has a small fingerprint but is otherwise spotless. Jewel case has minor scuffs on the back. No writing/pen marks/marker anywhere that I could find. Please carefully review the photos - if you want more details or close-ups of specific areas, let me know and I will do what I can. This will ship fully insured with a signature required for delivery. I am happy to ship overseas myself, but the buyer is responsible for all costs and fees related to international shipping - I will declare actual value on customs forms.
