Here's a genuine piece of early home video game history — the Enterprex Apollo 2001, one of the rarer and more sought-after Pong clone consoles from the late 1970s. Made in Hong Kong by Enterprex International and FCC approved (Type Approval TV-200), this console predates the Atari 2600 era and represents the very dawn of home video gaming.
About the Apollo 2001:The Enterprex Apollo 2001 stands out from other Pong clone consoles of its era due to its unique analog control system. Rather than the rotary potentiometer knobs used by most competitors, the Apollo 2001 uses vertical sliding paddles — two per side — which collectors and players describe as offering exceptionally smooth, responsive gameplay. The spaceship/UFO-shaped console body is instantly recognizable and visually striking.
