In our condition standards, "New (Military Surplus)" means that the items were originally intended for the military but were never used.
In most cases, the military will provide replacement items for equipment and clothing in case soldiers need to replace lost or damaged pieces. After 2-4 years (depending on country), all main and replacement equipment will be replaced with new - even if the replacement items have never been used. This is how unused military grade items get into our warehouse.

Shipping within Germany is reliable with DHL and includes tracking. Delivery is to both your Home Address as well as to a DHL Packstation possible.

Average delivery time within Germany:
3-7 business days.
Shipping to other countries is with alternative shipping partners. Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the destination country.

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy from the day the goods are received.
In the event of a return for reasons not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the item.
