Verso of Jaqueline Kennedy photograph backstamped in a red stamped circle \"ORDER RECEIVED JUN 18 1959\"...hard to read spot...\"INC...41-37 24 ST....L.I.C.I.N.Y.\". Verso edge also marked in black \"C 640\".The original owner of these photographs found himself in June of 1959 on leave from the Army and eager to visit his former place of work which was a professional photography studio (which he one day would own himself) located within Garden City (Long Island), New York\'s Garden City Hotel.
Upon arriving he was surprised to find a Democratic political event being held at the hotel. Being in his Army uniform, a budding photographer himself, and an outgoing person in general he asked the Kennedy\'s if they would sit for some photographs in the studio there. They said yes, and as the owner tells the story, were as normal and pleasant as imaginable.
