In the rare case when a return is required by rules, the buyer is fully and exclusively responsible for the following:
- All costs of return packaging and return shipping;
- All transportation risks during the return shipment;
- All customs duties, taxes and import fees (both ways);
- Any additional carrier fees or customs delays.
A refund (if applicable under rules) is issued ONLY after the item is received back, inspected by us, and confirmed to be in the exact original condition as before shipping.
