This game has an internal battery, and at the time of this writing, it works perfectly. That said, it will have to be replaced at some point, as this game is from 1994 and obviously the battery won't last forever.
Regarding the condition: The front label shows signs of wear, most notably, there is a rectangular section that is a bit bubbled up as you can see at the 14 second to 18 second mark in the video.
The back label shows signs of wear and it has a small tear.
The cart itself has overall signs of wear.
Lastly, the pins are in great shape!
