Packages usually leave our warehouse within 10 days of payment. Weekend orders will ship on Monday or Tuesday. We provide valid Tracking Numbers for all orders.

Customs Duties

For orders shipped from Japan to the United States with an item price below USD 2,500, excluding shipping, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are included in the item price or shipping cost.

Any applicable sales tax collected by is shown separately at checkout.

Orders with an item price of USD 2,500 or more and items covered by ’s Authenticity Guarantee are handled separately. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm the applicable arrangements.

For EU Buyers:

For qualifying orders shipped from Japan to the 27 EU member countries with an item price of EUR 150 or less, excluding shipping, we cover applicable import duties and related customs clearance fees.

VAT is normally collected separately by at checkout and is not included in our item price or shipping cost.

The United Kingdom is not included in this EU policy.

Import Charges for Other Orders:

Except for the orders covered by the policies above, import duties, import VAT, and customs clearance or handling fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any applicable charges are the buyer’s responsibility, even when free shipping is offered.

Taxes already collected by at checkout should not be paid again.
