The specimen has been sourced from the Hidden Fire Opal Mine in Louisiana , United States. The specimen has not been altered in any way,other than polishing making it a natural and untouched gemstone. The specimen is perfect for cabbing ,Carving ,Display or lapidary work, providing a unique and challenging project for anyone who wants to explore the world of minerals. The item is a great addition to any collection of rough for cabbing, lapidary materials, or rocks, fossils, and minerals.
