Miniature World of Peter Bates: 2 Framed Paintings, New in Box, Made in England For Sale

These are 2 \"paintings\" created for the Miniature World of Peter Bates from England. They are 3 inch by 2 1/2 inch. Specifically these 2 are:
\"Across The Stream\" by Henry Parker (1858-1930). It is No.68 in the series.\"Dedham Lock and Mill\" by John Constable (1776-1837). (The Victoria & Albert Museum). No. 62 in the series. My husband I received these in 1996 as a wedding gift. They came from a dear friend of my Mother\'s who we\'d met in England when I was a child. As sometimes happens, they were put away \"safely\" and I forgot about them. (I did, of course, send a thank you to her.) I was \"excavating\" a closet and came across them. They are delightful scenes. I\'m widowed now and working on emptying my home so I\'m hoping these will find a good home with someone who will enjoy them.
