Montblanc Meisterstück 144 Classic Bordeaux Bicolor F Fountain Pen.
The Meisterstück series has been Montblanc’s flagship collection since its introduction in 1924. The name “Meisterstück” means “masterpiece” in German, reflecting the brand’s commitment to traditional craftsmanship, elegant design, and exceptional writing performance.
The 144 is a slim and lightweight model in the Meisterstück Classic collection. Its well-balanced design makes it comfortable to use for everyday writing and business purposes. It features a convenient snap-on cap that allows for quick and easy removal.
This particular pen features the discontinued Bordeaux color, which is highly appreciated for its elegant and distinctive appearance. The deep burgundy precious resin barrel and cap are complemented by gold-colored trim, creating a refined and timeless design. The cap top features Montblanc’s iconic white star emblem.
The pen is equipped with a 14K gold bicolor nib, featuring an elegant combination of gold and silver tones. The nib size is F (Fine), making it suitable for everyday writing and detailed handwriting.
The filling system is cartridge/converter compatible. It can be used with ink cartridges for convenience or with a separately available converter for bottled ink.
The pen is in Very Good condition. Although there may be minor signs of previous use, it remains in excellent overall appearance. Please note that a personal name is engraved on the cap.
