There is a hole punched out of the UPC under the plastic. it is not marked as brand new, then it is a used game. Please expect the game and case to have some signs of wear including scratches. Please do not expect the disc to be perfect unless it is marked as “Like New,” which I tend to avoid even if the disc is in great condition. Unless it is stated otherwise above the top line in the description, the disc has been tested and works perfectly.
