Shrink wrap does have some tears in areas and a larger hole in the back (see photo 3 to 7, and 10), The box has a squished area on the right side (see photo 7 and 8). Retail price stickers on front and bottom. All corners have cardboard dent, and there is cardboard damage around the large hole in the shrink wrap (photo 10).
