• If you want me to test the program on your specific operating system before making your purchase, please email me through . Many of my programs were written several years ago and were not designed to take advantage of the graphics, processing power of modern day machines.

• I have successfully tested the program on many different operating systems; however, due to the extremely large number of different computers and operating systems, we cannot guaranty that our games/software will work with any specific computer or operating system. Quite often I have luck running older programs on more recent operating environments using one of the following options:

• Windows Compatibility mode (Already on your machine)
• XP emulation (Free Microsoft download for Windows 7 Professional & Ultimate)
• Dosbox (A free download that allows you to emulate a Dos environment on your Window's machine).
  • All are easy to use and I have created videos to walk you through how to use these free tools. most programs do not require a CD key, they will accompany software that requires them. Ones that are required for any kind of online play or registration have not been verified and may need to be re-purchased from the software manufacturer. If you receive a game that requires a code and we forgot to include it, please email us and we will provide you with the code as soon as possible.

  • Program cartridges and disk cases are shipped in bubble wrap envelopes. CD cases are either new or BRAND NEW & SEALED (no cracks)
  • All shipping cost within the U.S. are below our actual costs. All Shipments outside the U.S. are below my actual shipping cost. Please feel free to email me for a shipping quote on multiple items. The cost typically goes up by about $2 - $4 per each additional item (depends on weight).
  • Systems are packed in boxes with bubble wrap.
  • We ship programs within 1 business day.
  • Complete programs (with boxes) are bubble wrapped and then shipped in bubble wrap envelopes. If you would like the complete programs to be shipped in boxes, please let us know. The cost will be a couple dollars extra to cover shipping costs for the additional weight.
  • International shipments are insured if you pay for Non Flat rate Priority shipping.
