Rare 1984 King’s Quest for Tandy 1000 — Original Clamshell Release
Offered here is an original 1984 Sierra On-Line King’s Quest released specifically for the Tandy 1000 computer owned only by my family.
This is the scarce early Tandy clamshell edition, not the later standard Sierra cardboard box release. The package includes the original molded plastic interior tray and Tandy-labeled 5.25-inch floppy disk.

Condition
The original outer clamshell packaging is in poor, heavily worn, and fragile condition.
It has substantial age-related damage, including major separation along the spine and edges, torn and lifting cardboard, crushed and frayed corners, heavy creasing, scuffing, surface wear, discoloration, and areas where the cardboard covering has pulled away from the molded plastic interior. The molded white plastic interior tray is present and holds the contents well.
The original floppy disk is included with its sleeve. It has not been tested due to the lack of compatible hardware and is being sold as a collectible with no guarantee of functionality. I would like to reiterate that the item was only owned and stored by my family. Plenty of great memories playing King’s Quest.
