A rare, completely natural, fully terminated gem purple Spinel crystal from Mahenge, Tanzania. This spinel has really stunning colouring; with rich violet shades, and 'glowing' lavender and fuchsia hues. It also features beautifully gemmy areas of translucency, rainbow flashes, etchings, small white crystallised dolomite inclusions, a sprinkling of muscovite mica, and super gemmy lustre. A magical, utterly gorgeous, and metaphysically sought after piece.
