Rare Vtg Tancraft Janis Collection 24K Gold Plated Cocktail Markers 6 Pcs w/Box:
$249.00
This is a vintage rare TANCRAFT sea themed cocktail marker complete set from the 1960\'s in its original box. It is the full set of the JANIS collection set of six 24K gold plated pieces in its original white satin lined grayish blue and gold flip open box. The box measures 6 3/4\" by 4 5/8\" by 1 3/8\" and the top is practically detached and has moderate wear (see pictures). The inside of the top of the box states \"DRINK MARKERS JANIS COLLECTION 24 K GOLD PLATED\".All of the pieces are marked \"TAN\" somewhere on the reverse. The items with sizes and notes are as follows:SWORDFISH 2 3/4\". longest piece no issuesLOBSTER 2 3/8\". no issuesSEAHORSE 2 1/4\". no issuesOCTOPUS 2 1/4\" has a minute spot of wear on the gold plate on the upper part of one leg near the head (pictured)SEAL/SEA LION 2\" no issuesMERMAID 1 3/4\". shortest piece. It appears to be missing the longer fin off the tail. It is rough and missing the gold plate on the tip.
As far as I can determine this is an accurate account of the condition of the set. This is a very rare find with it\'soriginal box and all 6 pieces and in very good condition.
