Hardware Compatibility Warning:Please note that Sega Dreamcast games are region-locked. This is an NTSC-J (Japanese) format game. It will only play on a Japanese Sega Dreamcast console or a modified console/boot disc setup. Please ensure your hardware is compatible before purchasing, as returns cannot be accepted for region incompatibility.

② Shipping to the U.S.A.

We use SpeedPAK (Orange Connex) for safe and fast shipping to the U.S.

This helps avoid delays or customs issues, so please purchase with confidence.

For other countries, we use FedEx or DHL with full tracking.

③ Purchase Requirements

We sell precision electronics, so we do not accept orders from accounts with low response (0–9).

We do not accept cancellation requests after purchase.

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.

All returns will be checked for serial numbers and tampering before any refund is approved.

We prefer buyers who are experienced with used / secondhand electronics.

④ Shipping Details

• All shipments include a tracking number.
• We only ship to the registered address. Please update your address before purchase.
• Shipping is done Monday–Friday only.
• Some countries (e.g., Brazil) require a Tax ID number. If not provided, we may cancel the order.
• Some restricted items (e.g., lithium batteries) may be removed or canceled if shipping is prohibited.

⑤ Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office for details before ordering.

⑥ Return & Defect Policy

We want a smooth and trustworthy transaction for both parties.

After purchase, we will send a message confirming important terms. We will only ship the item after receiving your reply.

🔧 Malfunctions & Initial Defects

• Within 3 days of delivery: If the item has a clear functional defect (proven via video), we will cover return shipping.
• After 4 days of delivery: The buyer is responsible for any return shipping and handling.

Please check the item’s condition and functionality immediately upon arrival.

🚫 Return Conditions

Due to increasing cases of item-switching fraud, we generally do not accept returns.

If a return is absolutely necessary, the following rules must be strictly followed:

1. No unauthorized or silent returns — contact us before returning.
2. Send multiple photos of the item before and after packing.
3. Provide shipping label photo and courier’s signed handover receipt.
4. If fraud is detected, legal action will be taken outside of .
5. Returns must be shipped via DHL only.

High-value items are non-returnable once shipped.
