Harmony Ball was handling the US distribution of the Harmony Kingdom Disney pieces, so the piece was sent to the US for approval.This sale is for one of those rare counter samples.Counter Samples did not come in Harmony Kingdom labeled boxes, since those were added, once the production line started.This Harmony Kingdom box figurine named "Mr. Smee" was carved by a Disney Artist in 2003.
