Players can modify existing maps or construct unrestricted city layouts, redesign building graphics, combine custom artwork with existing graphic sets, and print completed cities. The package also includes a futuristic graphics set containing more than 100 additional buildings and structures that can be used as supplied or further customized.
SimCity 2000: Urban Renewal Kit significantly expanded the creative side of SimCity 2000 by turning the game's city and building artwork into content that players could directly alter and personalize.
