How to Apply Waterslide Decals:
Decals are released from their backing paper with water.
1. Let the decal soak inwater (in a dish) for about 20 seconds, more or less until it begins toseparate from the paper backing.
2. Apply some water to theapplication surface to act as a lubricant for the transfer.
3. While the decal is stillon the paper move them over to the surface to be applied to.
4. Slide the decal (toplayer) onto the application surface. Useyour fingers to push/slide the decal on to the application surface.
5. Work out anybubbles. Then soak up excess waterdroplets with the edge a paper towel.
6. Leave it alone to dryonce the wrinkles and bubbles have been worked out.
