IMPORTANT RECONDITIONING & COMPONENT INFORMATION — PLEASE READThese are pre-owned and reconditioned controllers that we acquire through various secondary-market sources and in different conditions.
Some controllers may be acquired used and already fully functional and may require little or no component replacement. Others may arrive with cosmetic wear, damaged components, or functional issues that require repair or reconditioning before they are offered for sale.
The amount of reconditioning required varies from controller to controller. One controller may require no replacement parts, another may require only one or a few components, while another may require more extensive component replacement to restore its appearance and/or functionality.
Because these controllers come from various sources and may have had previous owners, we cannot always know the complete ownership, repair, or component history of each individual controller. Previous owners or repair facilities may also have replaced components before the controller reached us.
When repair or reconditioning is necessary, components may be replaced as needed to restore appearance and/or functionality.
Depending on the individual controller and its history, components that may have been replaced include:

Replacement components may be aftermarket/non-OEM.
For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that every internal or external component of every individual controller is OEM. One controller may have a substantially different component or repair history from another.
Replacement components may also differ in materials, construction, or weight. As a result, the overall weight, feel, or minor cosmetic characteristics of one controller may differ from another controller of the same model.
Each controller is cleaned, inspected, and individually tested for the major functionality specifically described in this listing before shipment.

Our focus with these controllers is providing a clean, tested, properly functioning reconditioned controller while being transparent about their pre-owned history and the possibility of replacement components.
