Controller is in excellent condition, fully functional. It comes with the Charging Stand you see in the pictures but does not have the rechargeable battery or power cable for the stand. Therefore, I recommend using rechargeable AA batteries unless you can find another way to buy the Razer battery and power cable.
TheLEDs automatically turn on & off with the controller, and automatically slowly cycle through RGB colors. The LEDs cannot be manually controlled or reprogrammed to behave differently. Please see the video (second picture in this listing is a video) to see how the LEDs change color. The guide button LED will always stay red.
