I use heat to pop the parts into place (hair dryer) works fine. Or place the body in hot water. I put a small amount of (Vaseline) lubricant in each joint to preserve the mobility. I have completed 8 of these in the last 12 years and can assemble them easily
If any joints ever stick applying heat should fix the issue.
All joints move properly.
Old PVC joints may come loose and pop back into place or stick.
use HOT AIR to loosen the joints if they stick
