• This game isBRAND-NEW & FACTORY SEALED!

Specific Notes:

• Visible surface / edge / corner wear around the game box; scuffs, scratches, worn corners, small surface impressions and creases. There are multiple stickers on the front of the game box (pictured).
• The tear strip at the top is completely intact and undamaged.
• Still a very nice looking game for its age and rarity.
