• The design of this noisemaker is a black top with a black cat face in the center surrounded by alternating orange jack-o\'-lanterns and black witch hats.
• The base of this piece is orange and features a plastic black handle that is used to hold onto while swinging it around to created a loud rattling sound.
• The mark on the front bottom edge of this noisemaker reads, \"U.S. Metal Toy Mfg. Co., Made In U.S.A.\"
• The item measures approximately 3 3/8\" across, 5/8\" wide and the plastic handle is approximately 1 1/4\" long.
• This item is in excellent vintage condition with some wear around the edges, light scratches, a small dent in the top and looks like the top might be slightly faded.
